In the case of sexual violence, a Health Unit should be sought as soon as possible.
In the health service medicines will be offered for prophylaxis of sexually transmitted diseases, syphilis, HIV and hepatitis B vaccine. In the case of women or female adolescents, emergency contraception is also offered (method to prevent forced and undesired pregnancy resulting from rape).

Violence against women is considered a crime subject to prison. Call 180 - Call Center for Women to communicate situations of violence against women.
The consumption of alcoholic beverages in excess is an important risk factor for the occurrence of violence, therefore the use of alcoholic beverages must be moderate.

The consumption of alcoholic beverages is a factor that increases the predisposition for the practice of violence. In addition, being under the effect of alcohol may increase the vulnerability of a person suffering from some type of violence. If you choose to drink, use good judgment and moderation.
In Brazil, driving any type of vehicle under the effect of alcohol is prohibited. The consumption of alcoholic beverages associated to steering increases the risks of traffic accidents bringing serious criminal and administrative consequences.
The sale of alcoholic drink to people under 18 is prohibited in Brazil.
